Ramen Review: Nongshim Shin Black.

I found this while I was at my local 711 picking up a can of Arizona tea. This is a "spicy pot-au-feu" flavor and comes with 2 flavor packets.

The freeze dried vegetables are already in the pot. There's dried shiitake and button mushrooms, red chili Peppers, green onion. The pieces are massive and the vegetables that need to be crunchy, are. It's Spicy but wont clear your sinuses if you have normal spice tolerances. You can either let it sit in boiling water or microwave it (I chose the water). The ingredients seem to be very high quality and it's made in the the USA according to the label. Found online for $1.98, purchased at 7-11 for $2.49
